“Shana is magic! My 4 and 5 year old are pretty hard to pin down for similar activities and they have LOVED every second of Little Yoga Friends. It’s an incredibly sweet class, and they talk about it constantly, especially when they are showing off their yoga poses around the house. It’s been a truly magical class for us, and Shana is a miracle worker at getting all those little busy bodies focused and entertained! I honestly can’t recommend this class more highly for any child, no matter how active or quiet.”
